Al subir un archivo a Arnwolf Media aceptas estas reglas:
- No se permite contenido ilegal, sexual explícito o desnudos, nada que involucre a menores de edad, violencia o gore, odio, acoso, amenazas, spam, estafas, malware ni material con derechos de autor que no sea tuyo.
- No subas fotos, audios ni datos personales de otras personas sin su permiso.
- El administrador revisa todo lo que se sube y puede borrar cualquier archivo y bloquear a quien rompa las reglas, sin aviso.
- El contenido ilegal se elimina y puede conservarse como evidencia junto con los datos técnicos de la subida y entregarse a las autoridades competentes.
Qué datos guardamos
De cada subida guardamos la fecha y hora, la dirección IP, el navegador (user agent), la cuenta si subiste desde el chat con sesión iniciada, y una huella SHA-256 del archivo. Las fotos se procesan para quitarles los datos EXIF y de ubicación (GPS). La IP se borra a los 180 días, salvo cuando el archivo se conserva como evidencia. Puedes pedir que se borre un archivo tuyo con el botón «Reportar» (motivo «Otro») o en la página de privacidad.
Si ves algo que rompe las reglas, usa el botón ⚑ Reportar de cada enlace. Lo que involucre a menores se oculta de inmediato.
By uploading a file to Arnwolf Media you accept these rules:
- No illegal content, sexually explicit content or nudity, nothing involving minors, violence or gore, hate, harassment, threats, spam, scams, malware, or copyrighted material that is not yours.
- Do not upload photos, audio or personal data of other people without their consent.
- The administrator reviews every upload and may delete any file and block anyone who breaks the rules, without notice.
- Illegal content is removed and may be preserved as evidence together with the upload's technical data and handed to the competent authorities.
What we store
For each upload we store the date and time, IP address, browser (user agent), your account if you uploaded from the chat while signed in, and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the file. Photos are processed to remove EXIF and location (GPS) data. IPs are deleted after 180 days unless the file is preserved as evidence. You can ask us to delete a file of yours with the “Report” button (reason “Other”) or through the privacy page.
If you see something that breaks the rules, use the ⚑ Report button on each link. Anything involving minors is hidden immediately.
